It&#8217;s probably something to do with the incredible setting and surrounding environment.<\/p>\n<p>Rich green pastures, sparkling creeks, babbling brooks and smooth flowing rivers are all bordered by some magnificent rock escarpments. Ride along sweeping minor roads, past the viewpoints, fast flowing rivers and gorges of the Wollemi National Park [Australia&#8217;s second largest] to the vineyards, top class restaurants and wineries of the Hunter Valley proper.
