Brisbane is a cosmopolitan, cultured town set on the banks of the Brisbane River and a great starting point for many of our self guided tours. It has a great street café scene, is a magnet for lovers of the theatre and nightlife and a superb shopping centre for those needing some retail therapy. Not only that of course, but it's ideally situated close to spectacular natural wonders such as the Great Barrier Reef, Fraser Island, The Whitsundays and the Daintree rainforest. Most of Queensland is best visited during Australia's winter, that's April through to September. Beautifully warm and sunny with a low humidity, it's by far the best time to visit fantastic places like the Great Barrier Reef, The Whitsunday Islands, Daintree Rainforest and Fraser Island. We've got self guided motorcycle tours to suit pretty much every taste and budget; from four day short tours of the surrounding area, to continent spanning epic adventures. The choice is yours!

A little north from Brisbane and you have stunning Fraser Island, with its huge beaches, crystal clear freshwater lakes and prehistoric era rainforest. A stone's throw further (in Australian terms at least) is the Great Barrier Reef. The lovely, petite coastal town of Agnes Water serves as a gateway to the reef and snorkelling or diving on the coral gardens is a 'must do' experience. Just make sure to leave the bike on the shore!

Carry on further up and you'll enter far north Queensland with the laid back tropical towns of Cairns, Port Douglas, the incredible Cape Tribulation and unbelievably ancient the Daintree, which is credited as being the oldest rainforest on earth. A little south of Brisbane and you have the holiday hot spot of the Gold Coast and the scenic small town of Byron Bay. It is has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a small town centre right next to a beautiful beach. It's also the most easterly point in Australia.

The southern ranging tours are lucky enough, in our opinion, to include some of the the best riding roads in Australia. The Waterfall Way, Hunter Valley and the incredible Blue Mountains are just a selection of the highlights on a superb route to Sydney. Push even further south and you'll find yourself riding high in the Snowy Mountains and Victorian Alps, as you travel the winding roads through to Melbourne.
